November-December Tour Information
All tickets for November and December must be purchased online. If you arrive without a digital ticket, please locate one of the tour signs pictured below and scan the QR code. This will direct you to our website where you can make your purchase (redriderleglamps.com).
If you have a paper ticket, we encourage you to email us in advance to reserve a time slot. As a reminder, all paper tickets expire at the end of the 2024 calendar year unless an expiration date is printed on the back of the ticket.

For guided tours:
If you purchased a digital ticket for a guided tour, please meet in front of the House from A Christmas Story 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. Late admission will not be allowed. If you are late, please visit our gift shop, and we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour.
If you are attending a guided tour with a paper ticket and have not made prior arrangements, please visit our gift shop for a tour pass to join the next available tour. You MUST have a tour pass to enter the House. The tour guide will direct you to check in at the gift shop if you attempt to use a paper ticket directly at the House.
For self-guided tours:
If you purchased a digital ticket for a self-guided tour, you can get in line at either the House from A Christmas Story or our Museum. Once you’ve completed one building, you can get in line for the other. You may start at either property.
If you have a paper ticket, you can go ahead and get in line. This is ONLY applicable to self-guided tours.
Please note that self-guided tours are valid only for the date on your ticket.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 3 weeks before the reservation date. If you do not show up without contacting us prior to your reservation, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
