Digital Admission to the House from A Christmas Story
Digital Tickets & Admission Policy
If you arrive without a digital ticket, please locate one of the tour signs on site and scan the QR code. This will direct you to our website (redriderleglamps.com) where you can purchase tickets.
As of January 1st, paper tickets are no longer accepted for admission to the House and Museum, unless an expiration date is stamped on the back. Only early 2024-issued tickets include this expiration date.
Guided Tours
If you have purchased a digital ticket for a guided tour, please arrive at the House from A Christmas Story 10 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Late admission is not permitted. If you arrive late, please visit our gift shop, and we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available tour.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds are available up to 3 weeks before the reservation date. No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
