Returns & Exchanges
How do I return/exchange an item?
- Please message us at support@redriderleglamps.com with your order number and if you would like a return or exchange.
- Instructions will be sent to you at that time.
What items are returnable?
- Any orders placed December 1st forward have until January 30th for returns. January 1st we are back to our normal returns period of 30 days from the date of receipt.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Please note, Wood Crates are not returnable.
Are there any charges for returns?
- Any promotional items, including any free of charge items, must be returned for the order to be considered "returned in full." If not, the retail price of the item will be deducted from the refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost. You may use the carrier of your choosing but it's recommended to have tracking on your item.
- For orders where customers have opted for FREE SHIPPING and a refund is requested, original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received it is inspected.
- If item/s are returned in new and unused condition, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 3 business days.
- Please note...for any items that were part of a multi-buy promotion such as Buy One Get One or something similar, the refund value of returned products will be calculated based on the promotional savings of any items not returned and therefore may not equate to the full value of the item(s) specifically being returned.
- If the item(s) are not returned in new condition, a restocking fee up to 20% may be deducted from your return. If the item is damaged to the point where we cannot resell the item, the return will be rejected and you will be contacted.
